Rental is for a 12 hour period, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with an Additional Hour Until 11:00 PM to Breakdown and Collect Items Brought to the Farm

Deposit and Securing Your Date

  • A Deposit of 50% of the Base Rental Fee Will Reserve Your Date.  
  • Your Deposit is Refundable, Less $500.00 Rebooking Fee If Canceled Prior to January 1st, 2018.
  • Renters Must Set Up, Breakdown, and Remove the Items Brought On-Site.    
  • Renters Must Provide Event Insurance for the Duration of Their Event

  • Skirting of Head Table, Cake Table, Buffets, and Any Additional Tables Requested  
  • Restrooms and Custodial Staff  
  • Use of Patios, Lawns, and Fire Pit for Social Activities
