A Deposit of 50% of the Base Rental Fee Will Reserve Your Date.  Your Deposit is Refundable, less $500.00 Rebooking Fee If Canceled Prior to January 1st, 2018.

  • Preparation
    • Bridal Dressing Room with Bathroom and Kitchenette
    • Grooms Dressing Room Furnished with Refrigeration
    • Full Access to Grounds for Photography (Engagement Photo Sessions Complimentary by Appointment
  • Ceremony
    •  A 1 Hour Rehearsal Outside of the Daily Rental
    • Coordination of Music, Sound, Procession and Recession of Wedding Party
    • Sound System Provided with 1 Wireless Clip-on Microphone and 1 Handheld Wireless Microphone
    • Sound Technician
    • Wired Microphones with Stands for all live music performances
    • Ceremony Chairs Provided for 150 Guests
  • Reception
    • Setup of 60" Round Tables and Banquet Chairs for 150 guests
    • White Linen Table Cloths Provided (90")
    • Skirting of Head Table, Cake Table, Buffets, and Any Additional Tables Requested
    • Restrooms and Custodial Staff
    • Use of Patios, Lawns, and Fire Pit for Social Activities
    • Ample Parking
    • Coordination with DJ for Setup and Power Requirements
    • Bussers and Staff on Site Throughout your event
    • Rental is for a 12 hour period, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 
  • Bar Service: ($6 per guest in attendance)
    • If Alcohol is to be Served,Ritter Farms is the Exclusive Caterer of All Bar Service
    • Renter Provides all Beer, Wine, and Champagne
    • MAST Certified Bartenders
    • Use of Keg Tap System (2 Taps) and CO2 Provided
    • 16 oz. Beer Glasses Provided
    • 8 oz. Stemmed Wine Glasses Provided
    • 6 oz. Champagne Flutes Provided
    • Ice and Display Accessories Provided
    • Bussers throughout the evening
    • WSST of 8% and Gratuity 0f 18% Apply
    • Bartenders will Cleanup and Pack Your Unused Product at the End of the Night!
  • Renters must setup, breakdown, and remove the items brought on-site. 
  • Renters must provide Event Insurance for the duration of their event
  • Renters must provide a Washington State Banquet Permit if alcohol is to be served, as well as stock their own beer and wine.
